Our family enjoyed a barbecue the other night where our farm fresh veggies really featured. We had German Potato Salad,and Summer Nectarine Salad (I substituted peaches for the nectarines). I also cut one inch slices from a large zucchini, dipped them in a mix of olive oil,  balsamic vinegar and pepper then placed them on the bbq for about 5 minutes each side.
