Wanda shared some of the ways her family eats radishes
We love to eat radishes raw, dipped in salt. Last week, I made a marinated radish salad (I modified a recipe from the book Simply in Season). This week I tossed our radishes in olive oil with a bit of garlic and onions and grilled them. YUM!
I sautéed some of the radishes in a brown butter and lemon sauce.
